Hunter Rifle Shoots
Matches are usually held on the first Saturday of each month and are shot using any center fire
rifle you have and wish to use, and you may bring up to three rifles and use them in these
matches.
All targets are full size photographs of game animals with anatomically correct heart, lung and
liver areas defined and designated as the actual target to be counted.
There is a total of 30-rounds fired during each match in the following manor:
50-Yard Line (12-rounds total)
3-rounds fired stand shooting offhand
3-rounds fired standing shooting off a limb
3-rounds fired sitting on a stump shooting off a limb
3-additional rounds fired standing shooting offhand at hanging golf balls.
50 and 100-Yard Lines (9-rounds at each distance totaling 18-rounds)
For you hunters, these shoots will give you the very best practice you can get, and the confidence
to take that long shot heretofore you may not have taken.
On top of all that, this is one heck of a lot of fun.
